I built this world with the “witch/supernatural” aesthetic that I used in New Moon Coven.For education you can either home-school them by using Nraas or send them to boarding school.Your sim will have to be self employed or work at the only two rabbit holes that exists, which is town hall or the mausoleum. There is no school, hospital or other rabbit holes in this town.

There is technically 3 bars in Hylewood, 1 at the marketplace, 1 standalone and 1 by a port.

3 island homes ( you should be able to go by boat, if not you can always teleport).

( I don’t think you should move the boats around though.)

1 marketplace with a book, grocery, consignment store with a community garden and bar/inn.
